Our Member Congress elects the Board members to 4 year terms to monitor and oversee the activities of WFM/IGP. The Board meets regularly throughout the year to approve budgets, monitor programs, and oversee activities. Roughly half the board is elected every two years.

The Membership Council is composed of one delegate and up to two alternate representatives from each Full Member Organization (FMO) and Associate Member Organization (AMO). The Membership Council is mandated to help maintain communication between the Executive Board and all Member Organizations (MOs), enabling MOs to liaise with and support the Board and the Executive Director.
WFM/IGP has adopted contingency measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. All staff and consultants are working remotely worldwide.
