Elected member of the UEF Bureau since 2018, Chairperson of the UEF Political Committee of internal security, migration and citizens rights from 2014 until 2018.
As a lawyer, Daphne Gogou joined the European Commission in 1992 and has considerable experience regarding the functioning of the European Institutions.
Her work has focused on global migration and human rights issues, international negotiations and corporate social responsibility, as well as sustainable development.
She is currently working on International cooperation on Health/COVID 19 issues related to safer travel conditions.
Daphne would like to contribute to the development of WFM-UEF cooperation, the celebration of Monteux Declaration and the cooperation with the African countries.
